Our Story

A practice built around cross-border matters

MSC Business Advisors Private Limited was founded by two chartered accountants who bring together expertise in Transfer Pricing, international taxation, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, PMLA and direct tax. The firm was set up to give businesses and individuals with international interests a single, specialist point of contact.

We serve clients across the full life of a matter, from advisory and structuring, through compliance and documentation, to representation in litigation.

Our Approach

Three principles we work by

01

Clarity

Advice set out in plain terms, with the reasoning and the risk stated openly, so decisions can be made with confidence.

02

Compliance

Positions that hold up under scrutiny, documented carefully across every jurisdiction involved.

03

Accountability

We take ownership of every assignment and see it through.
